Come work with master artist and teacher Evan Hobart at Sweet Spirit Ceramics Studio in Downtown San Rafael.  It is Evan’s goal to pass along the same love for clay that Barbara (owner of Sweet Spirit) instilled in him when he was a young kid, helping students discover the joy of working with their hands and shaping their ideas into form. Whether you are completely new to clay or have years of experience, you are welcome here. Young and old alike, all are invited to explore, learn, and grow together.  In this class, students will learn the many aspects of hand-building and throwing techniques, as well as decorating and glazing ceramics.
